Residential Efficiency Scorecard

The Residential Efficiency Scorecard is a nationally-recognised scheme which rates your home’s energy use and comfort and provides recommendations for improving your domestic energy efficiency.

The Scorecard provides an overview of your home’s energy operating costs and the efficiency of your fixed energy appliances (heating, cooling, lighting, hot water).

Aspire Sustainability are accredited Residential Efficiency Scorecard assessors, able to issue Residential Efficiency Scorecard certificates for your information as well as green finance, pre-purchase due diligence, house sale promotion, or education purposes.

Our scorecard assessment service includes:

· A thorough assessment of your home that considers the thermal performance

(how comfortable or uncomfortable your home is before heating or cooling)

· Assessment of your main fixed appliances appliances (i.e. heaters, hot water and lighting)

· Recommendations for improving the comfort of your home and the size of your energy bills

· A quantitative comparison of recommendations, outlining the benefits of each option

· A scorecard certificate summarising how your home performs
